The eggs at The Lott Cafe are exceptional, sourced from truly free-range hens that roam and graze happily in the crisp, clean air of the snowy mountains. When we began partnering with Eagles Range Farm, a local Jindabyne producer, Jen and Mark Mooney had to establish a dedicated flock of hens to meet the growing demand. Affectionately dubbed the “Lott Flock,” these hens ensure a steady supply of our signature eggs.
